1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FleetCore360 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

FleetCore360 provides fleet management, automated billing, toll reconciliation, and inspection software for rental car companies. We act as a software provider and are not a party to any rental agreement between your company and your renters.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must ensure that all vehicles and renters added to the platform comply with local laws and regulations.
• You are solely responsible for verifying renter identities, insurance, and driving records.

4. Financial Transactions & Late Fees

Our platform facilitates the generation of Late Fee Agreements and processes payments via Stripe. FleetCore360 is not responsible for unpaid debts, fraudulent chargebacks, or disputes between you and your renters. The transaction fees configured in your settings apply to all processed payments.

5. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy and the privacy of your renters. By using the platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FleetCore360 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
